Giving You the Power of Synched Video.
Clear and convincing.
Linking video depositions and testimony to transcripts can create powerful presentations for trial or arbitration settings.
What is synched video.
“Synched” or synchronized video links a transcript with videotape from a deposition so the words appear on the screen at the same time the witness’ testimony is playing. This allows the courtroom to view the video deposition and transcript simultaneously on the same screen. Similar to closed-caption television, the transcript scrolls at the same speed that the deponent testifies. That makes it perfect for affected or impaired speech and language barriers, which often make it difficult for listeners to hear clearly and accurately what the deponent is saying.
Find it in an instant.
The key benefit of synchronized video is the capability of finding what you are looking for in an instant. The user can:
- Search by word, phrase, date and time, or page and line
- Zoom in or enlarge specific text to emphasize any testimony desired
Dispute changing testimony.
